With a few simple ingredients, follows the same recipe guidelines a normal vegan cake would need you can make this moist chocolate into a single cake, and it only takes a minute to make it into one. This Vegan Chocolate Mug Cake is a simple but delicious dessert that can be prepared in just a few minutes. 

Ingredients Needed:

  • 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dairy free chocolate chips.

Instructions:

  1. Add the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt and baking powder to a mug. Stir to combine.
  2. Add the oil, non-dairy milk and vanilla into the mug and stir well with a spoon.
  3. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
  4. Cook in the microwave for 40 to 60 seconds
