Directions:

  1. Pour your cooked black beans, lentils, mushrooms, chickpeas, and oats into a food processor and blend for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add your nutritional yeast, pepper, salt, chili flakes, beets, and a pinch of tapioca starch, then blend for another 2-3 minutes until you get a patty that sticks together.
  3. Chop a little parsley and rosemary on a chopping board and add to blended patty, with a little touch of chili flakes.
  4. Knead patty with your hands until it takes its form.
  5. Add a dash of oil to a pan and cook patty for about 2-3 minutes on low heat then place cooked patty in an oven until the burger forms.
