Quick and Easy Party Bread Recipe


Quick and Easy Party Bread Recipe is made perfect with garlic! The bread will surely be your go-to easy appetizer for parties, game time, and summer picnics. Thank you for making a lovely recipe, Bosh TV!

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 loaf of round sourdough
  • Garlic oil for brushing
Eggplant sauce
  • 3 eggplant
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp. tahini
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 2 cups chickpeas boiled
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ tbsp. salt
  • 1 lemon juice
  • ¼ cup tahini sauce
  • ¼ cup olive oil
Olives Sauce
  • 1.5 cups pitted black olive
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup capers
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Small bunch of parsley


  1. Take a bread loaf and cut 3 square cut in the bread without cutting through the bottom crust. Then cut Square bread crosswise. In each piece, brush the garlic oil and also brushing garlic oil in each square hole of the bread .Bake for 20 minutes in 200 ° C.
For Eggplant sauce

Olives Sauce
  1. Take a food processor jar and add pitted black olive , garlic, capers , lemon juice, olive oil , salt , pepper and bunch of parsley make a smooth paste and put into last hole of bread.
