This Mediterranean Salad is beautifully balanced with so many of the Mediterranean flavors. And With just a few minutes to make, either you can make it in advance bring it with you for a party or potluck since it holds up very well in the fridge. Or you can make it with your friends.

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • Bunch of cilantro
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red onion
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon
  • Salt


  1. Chop all vegetables in fine and small pieces.
  2. Add all vegetables in a mixing bowl then add olive oil, lemon juice and salt mix well and
  3. Serve and enjoy.
