The Dr. crafts only a handful of “round” flavors, but Plantie prescribes the Truffle Aged Cashew Cheese. It’s made from organic cashews, microbes and white truffle salt—nothing else—and aged for at least 2 months. The end product is a satiny, salmon-colored round that’s earthy-sweet and best served warmed over pastas.
