Sauvignon Blanc is the flagship varietal of New Zealand, and this one is a prime example as to why. Fresh notes of grass, citrus and pear, in excellent balance with stone fruits. Smooth and powerful on the palate, plenty of ripe peaches, mango, passionfruit with hints of green apple, citrus, melon and green pepper. Lingering smooth finish with mineral tones. We recommend this with scallion cheese.
