According to certain sources, this wine has reached “cult status” as the best rosé, and apparently that status is well-deserved. Certainly, its herbal bouquet of thyme and lavender, reminiscent of Provence, invites you to indulge, as does the appealing pale salmon color. Notes of strawberry, raspberry and cream integrated with spicy wood flavors. The recipe is perfect: old vines, mainly Grenache, decent oak ageing, and a year in the cellar. The long vibrant finish will not disappoint.
