This is a delicious, healthy, hearty breakfast recipe, and if you are not vegan, you can add fried eggs to your toast for a delicious vegetarian meal that you can enjoy at anytime!
Ingredients Needed:
- 3 Ripe Avocados
- Avocado oil
- 1 lime juice
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Vegan feta
- Vegemite
- Tomato
- Tofu scramble
Instructions:
- Take a mixing bowl and scope out avocados. Add avocado oil, lime juice, sea salt. Mix all ingredients with the help of a fork. Add black pepper your avocado mix is ready now
- Take a toast, add avocado mixer and cover whole toast the add vegan feta, chili flax, and some piece of avocado. Serve and enjoy.
- 2nd way spared vegemite over toast then spread avocado mixer over it the add tomato pieces salt and pepper enjoy
- 3rd way spread avocado mixer over toast add tofu scramble and black pepper
